Terms of Service
Effective date: 16 May 2026 · Governing law: India (Delhi jurisdiction)
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using groundopen (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. The Platform is operated by RADHAVALLABH VENTURES, B-114, Jhilmil Colony, Delhi – 110095, India.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and eligible to appear for the IBPS Clerk exam under IBPS guidelines. By registering, you confirm you meet these requirements.
3. Account Rules
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
- One device at a time: the Platform enforces a single active session per account. Logging in on a new device invalidates the previous session.
- You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to any other person.
- You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent access restrictions or free-tier limits.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if we detect fraudulent, abusive, or policy-violating activity.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
- Subscription plans are listed on the Pricing page. Prices are GST-inclusive (18% GST, SAC 9983).
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. By subscribing you agree to Razorpay's terms of service.
- Subscriptions are non-transferable and tied to a single account.
- Access is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
5. Refund Policy
All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. We provide a free account tier so you can explore the platform — including sample tests and content — before deciding to subscribe. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to evaluate the service and agree that no refund will be issued.
This no-refund policy applies to all plans (first-time purchases, renewals, and upgrades) and to all payment methods. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing paid content, please contact us at support@groundopen.com and we will work to resolve it promptly.
In the rare event of a duplicate charge or a payment processing error on our part, please contact us within 7 days with your invoice number and we will investigate and correct it.
6. Content & Intellectual Property
- All questions, explanations, study material, and platform code are the intellectual property of RADHAVALLABH VENTURES.
- You may access content solely for your personal exam preparation. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell any content from the Platform.
- Screen recording, scraping, or automated access to any part of the Platform is strictly prohibited.
- Discussion forum posts remain your property, but you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display them on the Platform.
7. Exam Accuracy Disclaimer
